Dark Chocolate Spread
Intense cocoa character with a slight natural bitterness that balances sweetness rather than fighting it. Spreads cleanly at room temperature, with enough body to hold when piped or drizzled. Used in artisan toast menus, crepe fillings, and premium pastry applications.
Milk Chocolate Spread
The crowd-favourite. Creamy, sweet, and comforting – works on everything from morning toast to croissants and waffles. This is the variant that moves in volume in hospitality and breakfast formats.
White Chocolate Spread
Vanilla-forward, ivory-coloured, and versatile. Works as a base layer beneath fruit toppings, as a filling in layered cakes, or as a drizzle over dark-coloured desserts for contrast.
Hazelnut Spread
The hazelnut category continues to grow, and the quality of the nut component makes all the difference. Our hazelnut spread uses a proper proportion of hazelnuts – not the minimum required to legally use the word – resulting in a roasted, nutty flavour that complements the cocoa rather than hiding behind it.
